Terms, Conditions, Shipping and Refunds
 
Plants are shipped Monday and Tuesday ONLY via USPS priority mail. While over night shipping is possible, it is very costly.

All unsatisfactory plants must be returned, packaged properly for shipping, within 7 days of arrival. There will be no refunds after 7 days. If you are having a problem with a particular plant, please email photos and your phone number and I will email or call you ASAP.
 
You will receive an email when your order ships with the approximate day of arrival and how to handle the arriving plants. We can not stress enough that live plants can not sit in a mail box any time of the year in either cold or hot weather. Contact us for other shipping ideas if you are not home when your mail arrives. We are very comfortable shipping in extreme heat and cold and the occasional loss is very rare. We strive to make sure the order is correct when it leaves here.
 
Occasionally mistakes happen as we are human and if we have made an error in your order we will be responsible for replacing the merchandise. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem for instructions. It is really helpful if you include the name of the plant. We can not and will not be responsible if your fish eat your plants or you place them at an improper depth or in a cold water pond. If you are not sure, contact us first. We are always happy to answer questions.
 
Privacy Notice
 
Your privacy is very important to us. I am easiest to contact by email because I work most day light hours in the greenhouse and do have a phone connecting there. I do come up to the house throughout the day to check for emails. The only marketing I do is via email through my email newsletter and you can opt out at any time. The biggest problem I have is incomplete address, that involves not listing an apartment or building or such. I do email for additional information and will occasionally call if shipping information is not correct.
Please be sure to add your shipping and billing information if they are different. I will ship to the address that is listed in the checkout. I do not take credit cards over the phone, they are all processed on line either through PayPal or Amazon. I never see your credit card information and I don't want to see it.
